Do better. Feel better.
The practice of yoga is about growth.
It’s a lifelong journey that begins but never ends—a journey that’s enriched by the many people we encounter along the way.
I would love to be part of your journey—to share the wisdom I’ve gained through much personal practice and mentoring to nurture your teaching and help you guide your students on their own unique journeys.

We all want to become better teachers for our students and individual support and mentoring is a great way of doing so.
It gives you the chance to talk openly and honestly about your areas of concern and have your questions answered.
When we work together, you will guide the content we cover and I will ensure it addresses your needs. It may include Bikram Yoga dialogue, posture alignment and technique, making effective corrections, and teaching students with injuries and limited movement.
I will give you clear and constructive feedback on your teaching, tools to help you expand your expertise and advice to encourage your growth as a teacher.
You’ll improve your teaching skills, gain confidence and feel re-inspired! So, if you’re ready to upskill, either in person or online, call or email me today!
-
In a supportive and interactive setting, my tailor-made Bikram Yoga workshops explore the principles, concepts and postures of the Bikram Yoga series, focussing on technique, detail and alignment.
You will gain a deeper understanding of the teaching instructions and how to apply them so that your practice is as therapeutic and sustainable as Bikram Yoga was designed to be.
Everyone will have the space to ask questions and receive individual guidance and help.

I regularly teach at Hot for Yoga (Perth, WA), Bikram Yoga Canberra (ACT), House of Prana (Launceston, TAS) and Set2Yoga (Sydney, NSW) and would welcome the opportunity to teach in your studio too.
I bring a fresh and highly professional approach that will reinspire both your teachers and students.
Please call or email me to talk more about the benefits of guest teaching and how I might help in your studio.
“The mentoring and support I received have been truly transformative for my teaching. The feedback was insightful and encouraging and the personalised approach made all the difference. I can’t recommend this enough for any Bikram teacher looking to grow.”
