  • Bikram Yoga is designed for EVERYbody—from absolute beginners to seasoned practitioners—regardless of age, shape or physical capability.

    It follows a set sequence of postures and breathing exercises and is usually practised in a heated room. You progress at your own pace, moving through each posture as much as your mind and body allows on the day. The set sequence lets you see and feel your progress over time.

    Bikram Yoga offers lifelong benefits because it:

    • encourages and supports the healthy function of your body’s organs, systems, and joints

    • increases your strength, flexibility and balance

    • improves your posture, focus and energy levels.

    In each class, I will teach you how to approach the postures safely and with the correct technique so you can strengthen and heal your body, mind and spirit in a sustainable way that’s right for you.

  • Yin is a deeply meditative and restorative practice that offers a much-needed counterbalance to the fast-paced, yang-dominant lifestyle that many of us lead.

    This slow-paced style involves long-held, floor-based poses that gently stress the connective tissues—ligaments, fascia and joints—helping to improve flexibility, circulation and energetic flow throughout your body.

    Yin encourages you to be present and observe physical sensations, emotions and thoughts. It’s an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself and invite deep physical and mental relaxation. It’s a powerful tool for healing, balance, and inner harmony because it:

    • enhances joint mobility and flexibility

    • improves organ function and energy flow

    • supports emotional release and mindfulness

    • reduces tension and promotes deep relaxation.
